In looking at the bag, it is a few years since we have had that design on our packaging, so your flour is, sadly, out of date and won't give you very good results. Better to toss it and start with fresh flour when you are ready to bake. We recommend storing whole wheat flour in the freezer, so that will give you more space in your pantry too! Happy Baking!
