I don&#039;t think your baking area is bad at all!  And it&#039;s nothing shameful for your baking powder to expire...it happens to me all the time.  That&#039;s one thing that you absolutely CAN&#039;T use when it&#039;s old, as you know!  I know how neat your pantry and kitchen are so I&#039;m not believing it&#039;s ever a mess!</description>

Just happened to peek at your blog, and saw your question about your King Arthur Whole Wheat flour. In looking at the bag, it is a few years since we have had that design on our packaging, so your flour is, sadly, out of date and won&#039;t give you very good results. Better to toss it and start with fresh flour when you are ready to bake. 
We recommend storing whole wheat flour in the freezer, so that will give you more space in your pantry too!
