i so want to try those m&ms, but i can’t find them anywhere! truly, coconut and chocolate might very well be my favorite combination, so you can imagine my frustration. great use for them, by the way. you lucky dog.

Hi Katrina, great minds think alike! I love these M&Ms, and I’m even a candy eater. I’d rather have a bowl of chips with dip! I think you’ll be happy with these in cookies. I wonder if they would be equally good in non-chocolate cookies…I bet they would!

Dang, I just bought a bunch of the coconut M&M’s, too, but have been out of town and was going to do a cookie (not that I still can’t and won’t!) But ya beat me to it. I think they are quite good, if you like Mounds and coconut candy! Great lookin’ cookies! Yep, the pb&j ones are not as good–at all. In fact I think I made cookies with some, and still have a lot of the bag left!

Hi Barbara! Thanks for your comment! I happened to see these M&Ms on an endcap in the store as soon as I walked in the door, so they grabbed me without me even going down *that* aisle! If you see them, grab a bag!

I have tried the PB&J M&Ms, and thought they were gross. In fact, my whole family agreed. The PB part was fine, but the strawberry tasted fake and ruined the whole thing! Stick with the coconut ones!

I still haven’t tried the coconut M&Ms nor the peanut butter and jelly ones. Have you seen those? I wish I could make these cookies today, but I’m sick .

After seeing these cookies and hearing about coconut M&M’s, I might have to break my no chocolate rule. I don’t sleep well at night anyway, even without any caffeine or chocolate!

Your cookies look delicious! I never even knew M & M made a coconut version! I have GOT to start looking at the candy section (which I usually pass by with a hand covering my eyes) more often.
