I have a large sheet pan from Williams-Sonoma with a plastic lid, and another similar sheet pan, used the wrong pan, so the lid didn't lock on...I should've wrapped the cake in foil or plastic instead of just propping the lid on top, since it seemed to have dried out a bit....however, that being said, it was still very delicious!
