I have to agree with Grace; I can spend LOTS of time browsing the baking aisle. You never know when you’re going to come across some cool ingredient that you didn’t even know you needed!

Glad the toffee came out good. I love that recipe, and am going to make another batch or two this week.

Hi Grace,
My sister is the same way, she’s a natural when it comes to baking and any kind of dessert making. Me; I LOVE to cook, but struggle when it comes to baking and these two recipes can’t even be considered baking. I don’t know why it freaks me out.

I was surprised and relieved that my toffee turned out great!

I was pretty nervous since it was my first attempt and I didn’t really have the best candy thermometer, but it turned out great!!

Thanks so much for the great directions! I better get some photos taken before my guys eat it all!

Don’t make me fly out there and make it for you . You can do it! Just follow the directions. I made it sound harder than it really is.
